Soaps, shampoos and cleaning products are exclusively ecological and have labels that attest to their eco-compatibility. Healthy and Sustainable Food: restaurants offer a healthy, balanced and quality diet and use local products or grown in hotel gardens. They are careful to reduce food waste and not to consume fish species at risk of extinction and farm products in the open or on the ground.
Sofitel Legend Old Cataract is a splendid 19th-century Victorian palace on the banks of the Nile. Rising majestically from a pink granite platform on the edge of the Nubian desert and overlooking Elephantine Island, the stylish building combines the treasures of Ancient Egypt with the French "art de recevoir".
