Regenerating Lassithi Plateau is a project designed and emplemented by Santo Pure OIA Suites & Villas. This project consider the Environmental, Social and Economic benefits. The purpose of this project is to bring people towards a Sustainable Food Destination which is currently the key global challenges of soil management and agricultural production. In Environmental benefits, we take action to prevent exacerbating climate changing, environmentally friendly food system and more. The Social benefits that is provided by Santo Pure OIA Suites & Villas is to educate the producers and inspire the youngsters to bring innovative ideas to regenerating practices. By the Economic benefits, the aim is to change the mindset and business culture of the region and we support these producers financially by utilising their products in our hotel.

The hotel has several public areas, 5 pools, and one of the largest spas in Santorini with a heated indoor pool. The Anassa Spa is a cozy universe filled with soothing aromas, soft lighting, and experienced therapists consisting of 4 treatment rooms, steam bath, cryotherapy, sauna, thermal suite for couples' massages. The Fitness Center is equipped with treadmill, weights, cross training and cable-lifting machine. Guests can enjoy the Alios Ilios Restaurant with exquisite creative Greek cuisine and the Akratos Poolside Bar for a varied selection of courses and signature cocktails with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the Santorini sunset.
