Qasr Al Mansura

The cuisine at Al Tarfa is a homage to Egyptian tradition, with dishes prepared ... from fresh, organic vegetables grown right in the lodge. Almost 90% of the ingredients are sourced from neighbouring villages, actively supporting the local economy and ensuring authentic flavours. The menu is designed to represent true Egyptian gastronomy as it is cooked and served in the homes of the country's upper-middle class. Al Tarfa also offers several spaces for al fresco dining in atmospheric settings: by the pool, next to an ancient Roman spring, or in the inner courtyard.
