Oasis Suites

Each suite has its own character and is fitted with traditional furniture and hand-made fabrics, a comfy sitting area and a terrace over-looking the surrounding fields. Ranging between 60 and 75 square meters in size. Two of the Oasis Suites (Beit Azzouz 1&2) share a plunge pool.

Sahara Suite

The six authentic desert coloured suites boasts a size going from 75 to 110 mq. ... They have a privileged position in the estate and each one of them reflects details of the surrounding area with a touch of uniqueness. Two of the Suites (Dar Hamza & Dar al Aziz) shared a plunge pool and a fire place.

Qasr Al Mansura

Al Tarfa’s cuisine is made of fresh vegetables, organically produced from the ... lodge’s farming project – Organica. Almost 90% of the ingredients are coming from the nearby villages supporting local community’s economy and the menu is conceived to represent typical Egyptian gastronomy, how it is cooked and presented in most upper-middle class homes in Egypt. Qasr Al Mansura is the main restaurant, which has been in several life-style and decoration magazines -a stylish dining room and bar, elegantly decorated with original lamps and wooden tools used during the building of the lodge. Al Tarfa encloses several settings suitable for out-door dining – around the pool, the Roman spring or in the Court. Special or private dining can be arranged amid the palm groves, and there is the dunes as well as the possibility to arrange Arabian-style tented dinners in the surrounding deserts.
