Located in Piegaro, just a 40-minute drive from Perugia, this enchanting property welcomes guests to three ancient hamlets: San Giovanni, La Crocicchia and Corvignano. Each hamlet offers a unique experience, with a wide range of accommodations, from elegant suites to indoor and outdoor event spaces, and luxurious villas under construction.

Currently, Borghi dell'Eremo can accommodate up to 36 people in the Borgo San Giovanni rooms and suites, which can also be booked for an exclusive experience. In addition to luxury accommodations, amenities include fine dining at the restaurant and wellness treatments soon to be available at the estate's spa. Guests can also participate in a range of nature activities, fully immersing themselves in the beauty and tranquility of the Umbrian-Tuscan countryside. Superior Rooms

The distinctive character is a refined design, combined with a great search for ... materials that furnish the very large spaces typical of this type of room. as well as the presence of very large spaces. There are 4 Superior Rooms: the "Piazzetta," on the ground floor, with a wonderful view of the garden, has a style reminiscent of the rooms of the past, in terracotta and stone; the "Contadina," with an elegant bedroom overlooking the surrounding hills, has a private patio; the "Graziosa" is accessed by a master staircase, the decor is romantic and refined. The "Gelso," in Provencal style, is one of two rooms housed in the shed, in the center of the village square.

Deluxe Rooms

The Deluxe Rooms are all on the ground floor. They are characterized by beautifu ... l outdoor spaces to admire the surrounding panorama, equipped with all services and every comfort. The "Etrusca," in addition to its stone walls and terracotta floors, features Umbrian-style furnishings; the "Fonte" takes its name from the fountain in the village square near the entrance to the room; the "Colonica" is the most characteristic, overlooking the church of San Giovanni; and the "Capanno" is housed in the building of the same name and has a private gazebo in the garden.

Junior Suites

The Boroughs' three Junior Suites all consist of two bedrooms and a spacious liv ... ing area with kitchenette. Ideal for couples of friends or family units, they guarantee both privacy and sharing at the same time. The "Panoramica" has a large fireplace in the living room and overlooks the Church of San Giovanni, the "Incanto" is elegantly furnished, with classic elements, and the "Canonica" is the most spacious, on the ground floor of the ancient abbey, has its own private veranda.

Suites

Unique, furnished with fine materials and with attention to every detail, the th ... ree Suites are all equipped with whirlpool tubs and characterized by a single room, a large open space. The "Borgo" Suite is the only one with a private garden; in the room, the wrought-iron four-poster bed contrasts with the whirlpool tub; the "Belvedere" has a unique view, which can also be enjoyed from the whirlpool tub. The "Romantic" is the room dedicated to lovers, featuring a dreamy wall painting and the corner whirlpool tub, overlooking the valley. This suite can be combined with the Superior Graziosa.

Suite Presidenziale

The Presidential Suite "Eremo," a true plunge into the past, is the icon of our ... facility, located on the second floor of the ancient 12th-century abbey. Through a loggia you enter an open space where ancient and modern blend beautifully. The Romanesque vault that remains from the abbey structure houses the living room and bedroom. This room has a private garden and a spa for exclusive use with a Turkish bath, nebulizer shower, Scottish shower, chromo and aroma therapy. There is also a view of the cinema wall from the hot tub.

Essenza Restaurant

Located in Borgo San Giovanni, the Essenza Restaurant offers its guests a territ ... orial cuisine in which the chef offers traditional Umbrian dishes, prepared with raw materials from the estate or neighboring territories, with his own personal touch, in a gourmet key. The menu follows the seasonality of the productions, respecting the cycle of nature. Easily recognizable thanks to the large windows that allow the room to be irradiated with natural light, in the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the hills from which the towers of the surrounding villages soar, tasting the proposed specialties. During the summer season you can enjoy the terrace, surrounded by green gardens, enveloped by the sounds of nature.

Eterea Spa

Eterea is the Borghi dell'Eremo Spa, immersed in an environment of exclusivity a ... nd beauty. Located at the highest point in the village of San Giovanni, Eterea offers breathtaking views of Tuscany and Lake Trasimeno, with views of woods and countryside. The spa combines indoor and outdoor wellness trails, treatment cabins, swimming pools and relaxation areas. The distinctive element is exclusivity: entrance to the wet area and outdoor pathways can be reserved for couples or groups upon request, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. The exclusive-use area includes a panoramic Jacuzzi, sunbeds and submerged chairs, a steam bath, an emotional shower and ice waterfall, a herbal tea area, and a detox buffet.
